Last updated: October 2026. On index.html, page views from all devices are recorded in first-party analytics. The record includes a session identifier, browser user agent, IP address, approximate country when supplied by the hosting provider, referring page, campaign tags, and whether an X click ID was present. The X click ID is used for conversion measurement and is not shown in the dashboard.

Only a macOS desktop page visit sends one conversion through the X Pixel and Conversions API with a shared conversion ID. Other devices do not load X Pixel or send conversions. Opening the dialog or copying a command does not send another X conversion. A page visit does not establish that the app was installed.
